Blood

The blood is pumped through the heart and is surprising to me because it is connected to our entire body because it flows throughout our body carrying thousands of substances essential for our body as nutrients and oxygen through capillaries, veins or arteries. In addition to possess cells responsible for the immune response.

The blood has 2 phases, in the upper phase are the plasma in the lower phase are the platelet, leucositos and erythrocytes. The upper phase will be more yellowish or milky in color because the plasma is made up of water, nutrients gases and proteins, the protein that is found in greater quantity is the albumin which is synthesized in the liver. The lower phase is red because most of them are red blood cells that are transiting oxygen, there are also white blood cells responsible for the immune response and platelets in charge of repairing a blood vessel.

Blood diseases can basically affect cellular elements such as erythrocytes and platelet leukocytes, some of the diseases are anemia, hemorrhage, chronic lymphoproliferative.

To have a healthy blood you have to consume healthy fats in order to create healthy red blood cells and watery minerals like iron
